  Hard Hats & Helping Handz mission is to build the capacity of our organization to achieve mission-driven results, connecting people and enriching lives. We seek to aid those in need of assistance by raising funds and resources through donations and events. Leading the way in developing partnerships with local individuals and communities that will, in effect, engage support and commitment among the people who live in project areas to identify and assist families in need of assistance.

Hard Hats & Helping Hands is an organization established with the full intent of improving lives. Lives of not just a single individual, but of communities as a whole. The focus of our work is to get local residents to come together for a common goal, be it a family in need of assistance dealing with a devastating diagnosis, or a child that goes to bed hungry each night for lack of a good meal. We believe that with a big heart and the right guidance, we can together make a positive impact in the lives of our neighbors and friends.

We believe in working to create a better future for those in need and their families. While there is a lot of effort that goes into our work, charity starts with individuals and builds from there. With that mindset, we have worked to ensure that the maximum amount of the funds raised from our donations and event fees goes directly to our beneficiaries. As written into our bylaws for our 501(c)3 that are filed with the state and federal government, no one associated with our organization is allowed to take a salary or compensation for the work that they do. The money that we raise goes to those that need our help.

We have truly been blessed with the amount of support that we have received from the oil and gas industry as well as our local communities.
